“ Let’s start off with the fact that we came at 1pm on a Saturday. There were zero lights on and one gentleman on the cash. He very politely took our order and then another couple of people came in and he took their order as well. Once the orders were taken he went to the back and started cooking. Then a mobile order came in so he stopped cooking to come out and accept the mobile order then back to the back to cook. The poor man was all by himself. He handled himself so well going back and forth between the kitchen and the front cash. We ordered the blue moon burger (6oz) with fries and a drink as well as the smash burger with onion rings. The food was cooked perfectly and all while the poor man was juggling new customers and cooking. I’ll be back for sure. I really hope they staff the store better as I’m sure impatient customers may find the back and forth quite upsetting. We didn’t have any plans so we just waited patiently and were pleased with how great the experience was. One other point to make. The lights were not on. Thankfully there are tons of windows but we found the establishment quite dark. ”
